When you upload a model at EasyPartz, a DFM analysis is automatically performed, which identifies and visualizes the most common design errors. This is e.g. sharp internal edges, thin walls and inaccessible surfaces. This means you get immediate feedback so you can optimize your design and thus we help to ensure that the design is optimized for serial production.

Materials
EasyPartz offers high-precision CNC milling in a multitude of materials. You can read more about the material selection here. We always have aluminium and POM in stock, ready for milling, and we can quickly get a large number of other materials in stock. Surface treatment
You can also have your item surface treated at EasyPartz so that your item gets a nice finish. We offer a number of different treatments, each with their own characteristics. Some surfaces need a nice visual expression, while other treatments give the object better properties such as hardness, which makes it last longer. How is this possible?
At EasyPartz, we have developed original machines, equipment and software that enable us to automate and simplify the production of CNC milled items. It is especially the knowledge-intensive manual processes in connection with programming (CAM), preparation and setup that we have focused on optimizing. These processes are often downgraded by machine shops, who will rather focus on a few large orders than many small orders.
